Staffed entirely by volunteers, GVAC members do not receive any compensation for the work that they perform. GVAC relies solely on the communities that we service for donations and support through our yearly fundraisers.

GVAC now offers CPR and First Aid training and certification instructed by our own American Heart Association certified instructor. For more information, visit our Training & Education section.

GVAC offers Garfield residents free transportation in emergency and non-emergency situations. None emergency transports are limited to hospital/skilled nursing facility admissions, and/or discharges to residence or other skilled facility. To submit a request for transport visit our Services area for more information.
